Adobe Creative Cloud License Agreement

2.6 Documentary copies. The Client may make copies of the documentation for his own internal use in connection with the use of the Software in accordance with this Agreement, but no more than the reasonably necessary amount. If the software is designed to be used with adobe-published application software (the host app), Adobe grants you a non-exclusive license to use that software only with the host app, as long as you have a valid Adobe license for the host app. If not as shown below, this software will be granted to them under the terms of Adobe`s end-user license agreement, which govern your use of the host app. 9.1 Use. Adobe AIR can use digital certificates to identify the publisher of Adobe AIR apps created by third parties. In addition, Adobe AIR uses digital certificates to determine the identity of servers accessible via the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol, including access via HTTPS. Your device can connect to the Internet when a digital certificate is validated to download current certificate closure lists (CRLs) or update the list of digital certificates. This access can be made by both software and software-based applications.

Digital certificates are issued by external certification bodies and customization providers that are found on www.adobe.com/go/protected_content (all “certification bodies”), or can be signed themselves. The developer is not allowed to integrate or use the SDK using open source software, with the exception of the third-party software described in Section 14.6, in a manner that requires the disclosure, distribution or license of all or part of the SDK as a source code, for the purpose of producing derivative works or for free. For the purposes of this section 6, “Open Source Software” is authorized under the GNU General Public License, the General Gnu License (AGPL), the GNU General Public License or other licensing conditions that require or condition the use, modification or distribution of this software by the developer, on which disclosure, distribution or license of other software in the form of source code are required free of charge for the purpose of producing derivative works. Any violation of the above provision immediately terminates all developer licenses and other rights to the SDK granted under this Agreement. 16.1.1 This agreement does not affect the legal rights of a party, including those acting as consumers. For New Zealand consumers who purchase the software for personal, domestic or private use (for non-professional purposes), this agreement is subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act. 12.1 The U.S. government licenses Adobe Technology. The customer accepts that, When granting a license from Adobe Software for purchase by the U.S. government or a contractor, the customer is authorized in accordance with Guidelines 48 C.F.R. Section 12.212 (for civil agencies) and 48 C.F.R. Sections 227.7202-1 and 227.7202-4 (for the Department of Defense).
